About the Members’ Choice Awards

They were launched in 2003 by ContactCenterWorld.com to identify true
leaders in customer satisfaction amongst a mass of industry vendors
-
They are not linked in any way to a vendors endorsement or sponsorship –
in fact since the awards were run over 70% of award winners have not been
sponsors of ContactCenterWorld.com
- The
awards are entirely based on the quality of feedback via a voting system –
its not based on quantity, however entrants have to reach a min level of
votes for validity
- The
awards are broken down into regions so that if a company excels in one
part of the world, they cannot claim excellent customer satisfaction world
wide. Global awards are available and these are based on the entrant
winning several regions.
- The
awards prohibit voting from partners, suppliers and staff of the entrant
and several proprietary security checks eliminate fraudulent votes should
they arise
- The
vendors do not know or have access to any of the customers comments or
individual feedback thereby maintaining confidentiality and eliminating
bias
- The
end user customers are asked to grade the vendors on a number of areas
including the robustness of the solution, the after care support, return
on investment, overall satisfaction of the product or service etc
