  2. Download the pdf - Complete the following document, have the information verified by a company executive.
ALL applications should be faxed to ContactCenterWorld.com at +1-807-624-2088 (N America) to arrive no later than October 31st 2008.

The participation fee is $745 CAD.
Any data supplied is subject to analysis by ContactCenterWorld.com and any falsifications will result in the entry fee being forfeited and the company disqualified from the program.
