When the contact center is closed why do some of them still offer menu after menu of options which eventually end up with ‘press 0 to speak to an operator’ and then you get a message ‘our offices are now closed’! It’s extremely frustrating spending several minutes trying to get through only to be told the contact center is closed! A better option is to state at the start of the message that your offices are closed HOWEVER, you can offer other ‘automated’ information.
