Telerx Announces Appointment of Barry Dalton

Horsham, Pa. - July 2, 2009 – Telerx, a contact center outsourcer that specializes in customer care for the consumer packaged goods and healthcare industries, today announced the appointment of Barry Dalton to Vice President of Innovation and Architecture, effective immediately. Dalton will focus on technology innovation, product management, application architecture and integration, to provide insight and drive business results.



Dalton is a seasoned customer service and contact center leader with over 20 years of experience consulting with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies in the implementation of strategies, operating models and technologies driving revenue growth, profitably and operational efficiency. His expertise is focused on customer-centric operations across all channels.
