Conferences & Awards
When we launched the Contact Center World Awards Conferences - Top Performers we were determined to bring a new dimension to the industry. Whilst there are many national awards programs, we knew that by building on our vast reach and partnering with key industry associations around the world, we could create a unique experience.
Every year we hold our awards programs to identify the Top Outsourcers, Top Industry vendors and top performing contact centers and people around the world. Each program is unique and is unbiased - no industry vendors or consultants are allowed to be involved in judging and our fairness has earned massive respect globally.
Benchmark Studies
In 2005 we set out to develop the industry’s broadest benchmark study. When we launched our first study study we gathered data from contact centers in 50 countries - almost twice as many countries as the other leading studies had accomplished.
Evolving from averages to top performers we now only benchmark the top performers which helps our members know what they need to achieve to be a top performer.
